Key responsibilities & impact

Execute all applicable risk programs
Follow and adhere to applicable policies and procedures
Fulfill risk and compliance obligations
Escalate and remediate issues in a timely and effective manner
Make sound risk decisions
Identify process efficiencies and improvements and make recommendations to management
Comply with Information Security and Records Management Policies
Assess and accurately analyze reports requested by management and deliver them on time
Identify and support operational excellence efforts to reduce team member and customer pain points and unnecessary costs
Deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts

What you’ll need

Passion for numbers with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to independently perform tasks within the operations line of business
Resilience and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
Process-driven approach
Ability to deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts
