About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions aligned to business priorities
- Design, develop and deliver learning pathways, resources and programmes supporting new ways of working
- Manage learning initiatives from planning through implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Provide expert consultancy, challenge and recommendations to support programme success
- Measure learning effectiveness and use data and insights to enhance outcomes
- Support development of the AI Hub and broader capability-building initiatives
- Support adoption of AI-powered ways of working across technology teams
- Contribute to delivery of the AI Software Development Lifecycle programme
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Learning Business Partnering or Learning Consultancy
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, change or strategic business programmes
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in learning design, delivery and evaluation
- Strong project management, communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting technology, digital or AI-related programmes (desirable)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle concepts (desirable)
- Professional Learning & Development qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
