About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain software and databases using required programming languages and systems
Perform unit testing and assist with system testing and user acceptance testing
Investigate technical issues with support from senior or experienced team members
Assist in preparing documentation for new or changed business, operational, or support procedures
Record and update assigned tasks in the work tracking tool
Provide status reports on outstanding issues
Provide rotating on-call support for out-of-hours problems, including support to other CTS locations when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years proven knowledge of programming languages and operating systems
Programming experience with Perl, XML, and SQL
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Ability to work flexible hours
Knowledge of version control tools such as Git or TFS (preferred)
Experience with in-house custom-built frameworks and ability to adapt to them (preferred)
Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
