About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the AI SDLC Portal
- Partner with technology and business stakeholders to identify needs and drive adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices
- Own and continuously evolve the AI SDLC operating model
- Lead product delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive user experience, adoption, value realisation, and organisational change
- Embed governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements into the product and operating model
- Influence senior stakeholders and governance forums to establish priorities and secure investment
- Lead and develop a team of product and delivery professionals
- Act as the enterprise authority for AI software delivery and maintain the AI SDLC Portal as the single source of truth across the development lifecycle
- Work with the AI Hub to deliver innovative technology solutions and explore emerging technologies across the business
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in product management, operating model design, technology transformation, and software delivery leadership
- Strong understanding of SDLC practices, product management, governance frameworks, and enterprise technology delivery
- Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives within large, matrixed organisations
- Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment cases for enterprise-scale platforms and services
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior technology leaders and control functions
- Experience driving organisational change, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Degree qualified in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
