About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, coordinate, and deliver technology projects supporting systems and associated business processes
- Deliver technology change initiatives
- Drive project activities from initiation through successful delivery
- Ensure alignment with scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives
- Manage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum and remove impediments
- Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Collaborate with technical teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers
- Support Agile delivery ceremonies and hybrid project management practices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering IT projects across the full software development lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with hybrid delivery models and occasionally traditional delivery frameworks
- Strong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, governance, and reporting
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills
- Ability to support analysis, planning, and solution discussions beyond core project management responsibilities
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Pragmatic problem-solving and root-cause analysis
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure
- Confident decision-making within agreed project boundaries
