About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and transmit money movements associated with loan fundings or security payments
- Review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to established controls and procedures
- Reconcile daily cash movements to system or bank activity
- Provide remittance and correction information to servicers
- Research and interpret controlling legal documents when issues arise with collateral or bond payments
- Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements
- Deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, accounting or analysis or Bachelor’s Degree
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Ability to undertake basic tasks and processes in own area of expertise
- Knowledge and experience gained through some formal training
- Proven ability to analyse information and make independent decisions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for numbers and high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to independently perform tasks within Securities Admin Services lines of business
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment
