About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver customer-facing, enterprise-wide initiatives within the global Investor Engagement team
- Support product integration, platform consolidation, and evolution of the ingage IR platform
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business requirements
- Align stakeholder needs, product objectives, and technology delivery
- Work within a cross-functional Agile delivery team to create customer-oriented solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, Customer Experience Designers, Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and UI/UX experts
- Shape solutions that improve user experiences and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Facilitate collaboration and support solution design, testing, and implementation
- Evaluate and document existing processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare high-level requirements and clear user stories
- Capture information in formats stakeholders can understand, review, and approve
- Run stakeholder workshops
- Liaise with off-site stakeholders using teleconferencing and email
- Work with Engineers to meet business and customer requirements
- Report to the Technical Delivery Lead
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commitment to learning and development in business analysis, solution development, and product design
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
- Experience with software development methodologies, life cycles, and senior processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of Agile delivery, Scrum and/or Kanban, preferable
- Experience in IT or the Finance industry, desirable but not essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Computing, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent qualifications such as IIBA, desirable but not essential
