About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver multiple software implementations via consulting activities from kickoff to Go-Live, on time, on budget and to agreed scope
Provide ongoing client support
Serve as trusted advisor on system configuration and implementation using Epicor’s methodology
Identify problems and implement, document, test, and train on solutions
Communicate with customers to determine needs and contribute to solution design and overall business strategy
Interpret requirements data and identify gaps between current-state purchased modules and desired future-state functionality
Manage project issues and coordinate client and internal activities and schedules
Assist with quote specifications and proposal generation
Adhere to project timelines and meet Service Level Agreement goals
Support clients in a help desk capacity and troubleshoot application questions
Provide on-site training and consulting for clients if necessary
Maintain daily timesheet and expense report entries
Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
Experience (Intermediate) with ERP Solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains, IQMS (DELMIAWorks) etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communications
Ability to multitask
Intellectually resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities
Independent worker and able to work effectively on daily tasks without direct supervision
Strong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasks
Owns issues through resolution and understands when to escalate problems
Demonstrates empathy with users and professionalism at all times
Work well with clients at all levels
Operates with client satisfaction in mind
Energy, enthusiasm and results-oriented
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Bachelor level degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with solid exposure to an ERP software
Understanding of Manufacturing Operations
Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals
Ability to schedule for evening or weekend work occasionally
Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
