About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects across two React applications
Support maintenance and sustainment of production applications
Maintain reliability and functionality of production applications
Support embedded-adapter integration for legacy application functionality within the modernized platform shell
Collaborate with the development team to maintain application stability
Participate in two-week Agile sprints
Participate in customer demonstrations at the conclusion of each sprint
Support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War customer
Help create a unified platform with single sign-on, consistent user experience, and repeatable integration of existing applications

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of professional front-end software engineering experience using React
Experience working within formal software release processes
U.S. citizenship required
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance
Active Secret security clearance or higher strongly preferred
Experience working with Java-based back-end systems preferred
Familiarity with accessibility testing preferred
Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
Ability to work core hours of 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Eastern
Ability to support on-site work at government facilities in Northern Virginia and Maryland as needed
Ability to travel 0–10% within the Washington, DC metropolitan area
