Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across modernization and sustainment workstreams
Maintain a consistent sprint demonstration cadence and prepare teams to showcase progress and deliverables to the customer
Maintain the integrated program schedule
Track milestone progress and monitor readiness for phase-exit reviews and acceptance
Manage and maintain the issue register in Jira
Ensure accurate issue tracking, documentation, and follow-through
Coordinate milestone reports and monthly program status reports with the Program Manager
Facilitate communication of delivery progress, milestones, and issues across program stakeholders
Support application modernization and sustainment workstreams for a Department of War customer
Coordinate two-week sprint activities and customer demonstrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Lead supporting Agile software development teams
Experience supporting Federal government programs with phase-gated acceptance requirements
Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery coordination, tracking, and documentation
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and directly with technical teams and program stakeholders
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Active Secret security clearance preferred
U.S. citizenship required
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance
Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours of 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Eastern
Ability to work at the Concept Solutions' Reston, VA headquarters, approved remote locations within the United States, and Government facilities in Northern Virginia and Maryland as required
Ability to travel 0–10% within the Washington, DC metropolitan area
