About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide daily revenue management support and strategy to assigned hotels to maximize market share and profitability
- Analyze pricing, inventory, and demand patterns using revenue management systems and reports
- Conduct daily reviews of market data and communicate updates to hotel leadership and sales teams
- Prepare and maintain forecasting, budgeting, and pacing reports
- Present findings in revenue meetings
- Monitor economic trends and airport traffic impacting hotel demand
- Develop displacement models for large group programs
- Guide hotels on Ecommerce strategies
- Analyze booking data, brand promotions, and RFP processes to optimize sales opportunities
- Track occupancy, ADR, and REVPAR metrics
- Provide corrective support for underperforming hotels
- Support company meetings and training
- Maintain relationships with hotel and corporate teams
- Ensure accurate revenue reporting, group data integrity, and special event calendar updates
- Travel periodically to hotel markets for relationship-building and market analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–5 years of direct revenue management experience
- Marriott revenue management experience
- Ability to manage multiple hotel assets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in revenue management tools and systems, including One Yield, MarketVision, and OnQ
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel periodically to hotel markets
- Hilton experience desirable
