About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain performance indicators, dashboards, and management analyses
Ensure the availability of reliable information to support decision-making
Understand business area needs and generate insights
Automate reporting processes
Monitor the company’s key performance indicators
Define, monitor, analyze, and present performance indicators
Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and management reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Apply data modeling, metric creation, and data storytelling techniques
Use SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, including complex queries and query optimization
Automate processes for collecting, processing, and distributing information
Work with data modeling, integration, and quality validation
Work with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and the advancement of ConectCar’s data-driven culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in MIS, BI, Analytics, CRM, Planning, or Business Intelligence teams
Experience supporting business areas by translating requirements into indicators, analyses, and recommendations
Experience building and maintaining recurring executive and operational reporting processes
Experience working in environments with large volumes of data and multiple information sources
Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Experience identifying and analyzing indicators, supporting the definition of action plans and monitoring of results
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of DAX (Power BI) and ETL/ELT concepts are considered a plus
