About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a book of global, complex customers using Conga for revenue operations
  • Perform detailed adoption analysis
  • Engage customers in joint planning to increase adoption
  • Lead value realization activities, including customer stakeholder alignment and roadmap reviews
  • Ensure Conga solutions are iterated on and improved in customer environments
  • Drive customer advocacy by ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly by internal Conga partners
  • Act as a facilitator, coach, consultant, and customer advocate
  • Drive Conga product adoption and identify expansion opportunities
  • Own risk mitigation using cross-functional teams
  • Improve customer health and sentiment to support successful, growing renewals
  • Align cross-functional teams to deliver strong customer outcomes
  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and accelerate value realization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
  • 2–4 years in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Sales, SDR/BDR, or Technical Support)
  • Consultative mindset and ability to build trust and credibility
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use AI to manage work efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities with a structured, data-driven approach
  • Proven track record of strengthening relationships and driving long-term customer retention
  • Experience engaging customers at varying levels of engagement and adoption
  • Ability to drive product adoption, mitigate risk, and help customers realize value
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities and accelerating value realization
  • Problem-solving, curiosity, creativity, and persistence
  • Experience with SaaS/cloud solutions; CLM, CPQ, Salesforce, or Conga experience highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel approximately 4 times per year for quarterly Conga events and as-needed customer onsite meetings
