About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and deliver highly configurable and customized applications using Conga Products and Platform for customers
  • Deliver business transformation to optimize revenue lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs across enterprise environments
  • Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash implementations and enhancements
  • Conduct Contract Lifecycle Management, Configure-Price-Quote, and Quote-to-Cash assessments for legacy systems
  • Design and architect robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions
  • Define technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations
  • Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#
  • Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
  • Apply version control and branching strategies using Git and Bitbucket
  • Manage project delivery using Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking
  • Maintain architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence
  • Perform code reviews to enforce best practices and platform standards
  • Work with data architecture, including mapping and loading
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions, scope, and Statements of Work
  • Report to the Director, PS

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience delivering business transformation and optimizing revenue lifecycle processes
  • Experience leading end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) implementations and enhancements
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, JavaScript, and .NET (C#)
  • Experience conducting CLM, CPQ, and QTC assessments for legacy systems
  • Experience with Salesforce/ERP integrations across upstream and downstream systems
  • Experience designing robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions
  • Experience defining technical architecture for custom development, API-driven integrations, and platform configurations
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and C#
  • Experience building and maintaining REST and SOAP API integrations
  • Experience with Git and Bitbucket version control and branching strategies
  • Experience with Jira for sprint planning and issue tracking
  • Experience maintaining architecture and technical design documentation in Confluence
  • Experience performing code reviews
  • Experience with data architecture, including mapping and loading
  • Knowledge of GDPR, FINRA, and HIPAA compliance standards
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and prospects/customers to define solutions, scope, and Statements of Work
