Translate customer environments into credible, well-architected Conga solution designs
Address technical objections beyond product functionality
Give customers confidence in proposed solutions
Lead discovery on customer integration and security requirements
Map CRM/ERP and API landscapes to Conga solution designs
Support detailed architecture conversations and executive presentations
Partner with sales, professional services, product, and development teams
Ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and implementation-ready
Support multiple active sales opportunities and prioritize across deals

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years' experience in these systems, gained through delivery or professional services roles, pre-sales architecture roles, or similar technical customer-facing positions
Working knowledge of major CRM and ERP platforms
Solid grasp of typical ETL processes
Ability to learn new integration points, APIs, and technology versions
Understanding of basic cloud technologies and app development
Understanding of how AI is leveraged within platforms and future integration plans
Experience with CPQ, CLM, Price Optimization and Management, and Document Automation solutions
Ability to hold detailed technical conversations about integration architecture, data flows, and security requirements
Ability to deliver executive presentations
Ability to support multiple active opportunities and prioritize across deals
Genuine willingness to learn new things and support customers and the broader team
