About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure a team of approximately 15 members provides white-glove patient concierge healthcare services while meeting agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs
Identify process improvements using customer and employee feedback, QA results, SLA performance, and turnaround-time data
Provide regular feedback and coaching while fostering a positive work environment and employee engagement
Monitor workloads, rebalance work as needed, manage attendance, and approve time
Respond to escalations and engage Program Management, IT, and Contact Center teams to resolve issues
Provide subject-matter-expert input to Quality and Training to improve processes, procedures, and training
Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance processes, including timely AE/PQC submission and training completion
Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
Interact with patients, physicians, pharmacies, internal departments, and clients regarding copay assistance programs, eligibility, reimbursement support, claims processing, and call center services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years) required in business, marketing, or related discipline
Two years in a healthcare setting, including experience in claims processing or a high-volume call center
Minimum one year of relevant supervisory experience in a capacity such as team lead or project lead
Strong experience in a healthcare payor or patient experience setting
Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred, such as insurance verifications and claims
Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Adherence to company policies, procedures, training, Information Security and Compliance Programs, including SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA
Compliance with company and client policies regarding business rules and ethics, and applicable local, state, and federal laws
On-site, in-office work; travel is not required
