About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple concurrent projects across all phases of the project lifecycle
Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget
Build and maintain client partnerships as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact
Manage scope, risks, issues, and change orders
Conduct Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrum, and scrum reviews
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and revenue forecasts
Identify and escalate revenue impacts
Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings
Provide data-driven status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Partner with technical and delivery teams to balance client commitments with execution
Mentor and coach junior Project Managers
Support invoicing, timesheet review, and billing documentation
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
Facilitate and manage teams in meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
PMP and/or Agile certification required
8+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple concurrent projects
Strong client-facing experience focused on partnership and client satisfaction
Ability to mentor junior Project Managers and lead teams in a matrixed environment
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing teams across multiple time zones and countries
Willingness to work flexibly across all U.S. time zones
Experience leading PMIS software implementations, such as Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar systems, is desired
Experience using AI tools to improve deliverables and solutions
Industry experience in aviation, healthcare, construction management, government, or utilities is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with client and project requirements
