About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Talent Development to lead, grow and execute organizational leadership development programs
  • Develop and engage talent at all levels, strengthen organizational culture, and provide leadership and management development opportunities
  • Lead and manage groups of program participants within development programs as an individual contributor
  • Support broader talent and organizational development efforts
  • Design, develop, implement, manage and support comprehensive leadership and management development programs
  • Manage designated leadership development programs end-to-end, including implementation, evaluation, participant, stakeholder and vendor coordination, logistics and overall experience
  • Design, develop, implement, evaluate and facilitate leadership learning session content
  • Own recruitment, nomination, selection and onboarding processes for development programs
  • Recommend process and system enhancements
  • Manage program documentation, tracking and budget
  • Communicate program offerings, strategy, priorities, impact data and opportunities to business leaders and stakeholders
  • Administer and interpret leadership assessments, including 360-degree feedback assessments and other leadership diagnostics, as certified and trained
  • Facilitate planning sessions, strategic meetings and leadership workshops
  • Lead discussions that build alignment, encourage productive dialogue and support leadership development
  • Collect, analyze and report leadership program metrics and tracking
  • Analyze leadership and engagement data and metrics to identify trends, measure impact and identify opportunities
  • Continuously evaluate and refine leadership development solutions
  • Identify innovative and cost-effective solutions involving programs, vendors, external partners, technologies and assessments
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks, support shared priorities and meet timelines
  • Stay current on leadership development and coaching trends, tools and best practices and apply relevant insights to improve learning experiences
  • Report to the Sr. Manager of Learning & Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least 8-9 years related experience in leadership development, organizational development, training, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives in large, complex organizations
  • Direct leadership and management experience preferred
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple levels of the organization
  • Experience with learning technologies and software, including Learning Management Systems, Vimeo, Camtasia, Storyline, and survey software
  • Certification or training in behavioral and organizational development assessments, such as Hogan, Predictive Index, DISC, or other 360 assessments
  • Proven skills in working as a member of a team as well as independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic mindset, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and execute tasks and activities with urgency and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • Proficiency in virtual delivery platforms such as Teams and Zoom
  • Ability to partner with others to solve business problems and execute leadership development initiatives
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, learner experience design, and sustainability processes
