About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leaders
  • Translate business priorities into people strategies that accelerate performance
  • Scale organizational design and build high-performing teams
  • Build trusting relationships with leaders and anticipate talent needs
  • Guide executive decision-making
  • Facilitate talent reviews, performance management, engagement planning, organizational design, and workforce planning
  • Coach and challenge leaders to differentiate performance and build leadership capabilities
  • Guide leadership teams through growth, restructuring, and transitions
  • Lead assessment and resolution of sensitive employee and performance issues
  • Partner with People Operations and consult Legal as needed
  • Advise on compensation, talent planning, and Sales incentive structures
  • Leverage workforce analytics, business metrics, and sentiment trends to diagnose risks and deliver solutions
  • Collaborate across Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation, and People Operations on program rollouts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Significant HRBP tenure in high-growth tech/SaaS
  • Proven history of building trust and driving alignment by coaching, influencing, and challenging senior leaders
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to interpret complex people data to inform critical talent strategies
  • Ability to pivot from strategic planning to tactical execution
  • Solid understanding of GTM structures
  • Understanding of Sales compensation dynamics and revenue-driving team performance is a plus
