About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end Brand Label Registration for Crown/Beer, Direct-to-Consumer, and Wine & Spirits products across assigned states
  • Submit registrations to State Authorities in compliance with state-specific regulations and documentation requirements
  • Execute Wine & Spirits Price-Posting, price changes, Special Pricing Allowance and Depletion Allowance documents for state submission
  • Manage State Product Guides/Price Books, Pricing and Registration guidelines, and Marketing Project Trackers
  • Perform daily SAP tasks, including brand and SKU approvals, pricing-condition reviews, Distributor/Customer order examination, price overrides, and credits
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Legal, Regulatory, Customer Service, and Revenue Management teams
  • Liaise with external Regulatory contacts, State Agencies, and Distributor Contacts
  • Support Special Projects, Acquisitions, and Divestitures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Self-motivated and effective team player that adapts well to change
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an environment/industry that is emerging at a rapid pace
  • Experience with SAP S4 or other SAP versions/modules is a plus
