About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Financial Compliance and Procure-to-Pay teams on projects and daily tasks
Assist with preparation of state indirect tax filings, including direct-to-consumer excise tax reporting and sales and use tax filings
Assist with state audits
Perform T&E and P-card audits according to company policies
Assist with documentation of procedures and controls
Assist with Compliance system administration support
Support responses to inquiries from internal and external customers
Assist with government survey preparations
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate major in Accounting, Business or Finance
Preference for candidates who have completed three years of undergraduate studies
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency with personal computers and word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of basic accounting and finance
Analytical skills
Excel skills
Attention to detail
Initiative and results oriented
Ability to build productive relationships
Ability to travel commercially to domestic and international locations
Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Ability to sit and work at a desk/personal computer for extended periods
