About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and evolve the strategy for the products under your responsibility, aligning business objectives, customer needs, and technological capabilities.
  • Manage and prioritize product demands across multiple workstreams simultaneously, ensuring a focus on value generation.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders, balancing business, technology, and user experience needs.
  • Lead backlog management, requirements refinement, and delivery planning.
  • Conduct analyses, validation activities, and discovery initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and other internal partners.
  • Build strong relationships and foster alignment across different areas, ensuring visibility into priorities, risks, and results.
  • Work with Innovation and Business teams to evaluate new opportunities, ideas, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the evolution of product processes in an environment of organizational growth and transformation.
  • Monitor performance metrics and indicators, proposing continuous improvements to products and the user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a related digital product management role.
  • Experience defining strategy, prioritizing backlogs, and managing the product lifecycle.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams, including Development, Business, and Operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience coordinating demands involving a large development team working with web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience with Product Discovery, requirements gathering, hypothesis validation, and solution definition.
  • Analytical capabilities for making decisions based on data and performance indicators.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with various areas of the company.
  • Highly organized, with strong prioritization and context-management skills.
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic, transformational environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work autonomously in lean, high-growth organizations.
  • Ability to automate tasks, optimize day-to-day work, and drive efficiency through the use of AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
