About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the development of Tenda’s projects by controlling schedules, monitoring deliverables, and liaising with designers, utility companies, and other relevant authorities
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and the quality of approval processes
- Support construction sites by monitoring releases and required documentation
- Provide information and materials to facilitate contract execution with the financing agent
- Monitor the delivery of project documents to Tenda construction sites within established deadlines
- Critically review projects to improve their design concepts
- Contact designers to align project expectations
- Address construction-site project-related questions through site visits, phone calls, and email
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning
- Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD
- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency
- Availability to travel between São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, depending on the professional’s location
- Basic knowledge of Revit is a plus
- Knowledge of the Scrum Agile methodology is a plus
