About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the complete development of Tenda’s projects by managing schedules, coordinating with designers, securing approvals from utility providers and other relevant authorities, supporting the smooth progress of construction, and ensuring the supply of materials required for contracting with the financing institution.
- Monitor the delivery of project documentation for Tenda construction sites to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
- Critically review projects to identify opportunities to improve their design and concepts.
- Liaise with designers to align project expectations and requirements.
- Address project-related questions from construction sites through site visits, phone calls, and email to support the smooth progress of construction.
- Develop projects and monitor approvals from utility providers and other public authorities prior to construction launches.
- Prepare budgets for contracting construction launches with banks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
