About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate and monitor the allocation of costs and expenses to cost centers, ensuring alignment between planned and actual figures
- Serve as the focal point for internal teams, clarifying questions about cost centers and related processes
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and the Shared Services Center (SSC) to expedite and coordinate adjustments and improvements to expense workflows
- Support the preparation of materials and databases, as well as the maintenance of control spreadsheets
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows
- Keep flowcharts and documentation up to date
- Relate data to business needs to generate insights for decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, from the third semester onward, in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related programs at business schools
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in downtown São Paulo, SP
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or a strong ability to learn the tool
- Comfortable working with lookup formulas, logical formulas, and pivot tables
