About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the creation, organization, and updating of training and learning materials
- Support the creation and updating of presentations, handbooks, guides, learning paths, and digital content
- Transform technical content into clear, objective, and easy-to-understand learning materials
- Organize and structure content according to learning objectives
- Support the development of scripts for training sessions, videos, and other learning formats
- Conduct research and gather information from subject-matter experts and specialist teams
- Support content reviews, ensuring clarity, organization, and consistency
- Adapt materials for different audiences and formats
- Support the publication and organization of content on learning platforms
- Track deadlines and requests for materials production
- Collaborate with various business areas, contributing to a practical, high-quality learning experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Design, Human Resources, or a related field
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to transform information into clear and concise content
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation tools
- Familiarity with digital tools and content creation platforms
- Organized, curious, and detail-oriented profile
- Ability to work with different teams and manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Experience in Instructional Development, Corporate Education, or Training and Development is a plus
- Knowledge of learning methodologies is a plus
- Experience creating educational or corporate materials is a plus
- Knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, iSpring, Articulate, Genially, or similar tools is a plus
- Experience with LMS/LXP or other learning platforms is a plus
