About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage cash receipt flows
- Verify the bank details of development projects and link collection accounts
- Monitor file traffic through the VAN and liaise with banks
- Present scenarios highlighting process inconsistencies
- Analyze departmental activities to propose improvements
- Collaborate with partner teams (IT, Accounting, and business partners) to improve processes and resolve inconsistencies
- Perform daily bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and proposing adjustments
- Support the execution of payments through banking systems
- Assist with bank fee control and bank relationship management
- Support internal and external audits by providing financial information
- Ensure the organization and timely updating of operational financial reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Financial perspective applied to reporting and automation
- Knowledge of financial concepts, including monetary adjustment tables, interest, and general financial adjustments
- Experience with SAP
- Preferred: Knowledge of VBA and SQL, and experience in a construction or real estate development company
