About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop projects for new business acquisition, from massing studies through the investment committee, ensuring compliance with standards, technical objectives, deadlines, and product quality
- Develop massing studies with unit estimates based on site analysis, presenting risks, parameters, and density to support site negotiations
- Develop feasibility studies and projects for land acquisition based on legal requirements, ensuring maximum density and the best technical solution
- Technically review projects with MEP suppliers and designers, ensuring technical feasibility
- Design construction phasing and modularization in coordination with the Logistics team
- Develop, design, and coordinate architectural site plans and towers through construction release
- Address post-construction questions and detailing requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning
- AutoCAD: Intermediate proficiency
- Revit: Intermediate proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite
