About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the new business area, including land sourcing and negotiations, as well as leading the technical due diligence process for acquisitions
- Interact and negotiate with brokers, property owners, technical teams, and public authorities
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the land-sourcing area to achieve growth targets and objectives
- Coordinate and ensure the land acquisition process, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Negotiate with property owners and intermediaries to execute contracts in accordance with company policies
- Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for new business opportunities
- Analyze, discuss, and validate purchase and sale agreement drafts, with a commercial focus
- Manage executed contracts, deadlines, resolutory conditions, and commercial renegotiations
- Prepare the new project portfolio for the investment committee
- Monitor, validate, and approve payments for acquired land and expense-accounting reports
- Oversee the maintenance of land held in the land bank until construction begins
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor's degree in any field; preferably in Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, Business Administration, Advertising, Law, or Economics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of financial mathematics
- Knowledge and practical application of negotiation techniques
