About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare low- and medium-complexity bid comparison sheets, supporting construction project contracting processes
  • Prepare bid comparison sheets by performing quantity takeoffs based on project designs and developing scopes of work
  • Create material and service requisitions in SAP in accordance with internal procedures
  • Support materials planning and scheduling, contributing to the supply of construction sites according to established schedules
  • Analyze quantity variances, identifying inconsistencies and supporting the definition of corrective actions
  • Analyze material receipts and create requisitions according to construction project requirements
  • Monitor supply schedules, supporting compliance with construction project deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in materials planning and scheduling
  • Knowledge of SAP for creating material and service requisitions
  • Intermediate Excel skills for preparing controls and reports
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting project designs
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
