About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify the licenses required to legalize the development in accordance with current legislation and ensure that approval processes are properly filed
- Review issued licenses, monitor expiration dates and conditions, track service execution, and arrange renewals when necessary
- Advise and clarify to the Operations team the recommendations and conditions associated with licenses, permits, and approvals
- Support compliance with the requirements necessary to obtain the construction completion certificate (“Habite-se”)
- Monitor and assess project changes after the issuance of permits and their potential impact on public licensing authorities
- Respond to technical requirement notices (“Convite/Comunique-se”) related to ongoing processes
- Participate in strategic meetings with technical representatives of public agencies
- Receive and forward notifications from public licensing authorities to the appropriate departments
- Reconcile technical and legal documents with the descriptive specifications for registration of the development with the Real Estate Registry Office
- Request, monitor, and review architectural permit drawings for approval by the City Hall
- Hire and oversee external suppliers and authorize payments upon scheduled deliverables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Office
- Google Earth
- Knowledge of urban planning and/or environmental legislation (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project (preferred)
