About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, implement, and enhance learning solutions to support employee development and business strategy
Plan, implement, and enhance foundational Corporate Education programs, such as Onboarding, InTenda, and Knowledge Factory
Conduct development needs assessments with business areas
Structure in-person, online, and hybrid learning journeys
Manage the planning, schedule, budget, communications, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of programs
Develop presentations, support materials, content, and communication campaigns
Manage vendors and partners, monitoring deliverables, quality, schedules, and results
Track participation, satisfaction, learning, and impact metrics, proposing data-driven improvements
Contribute to innovation, efficiency, and improvements to the employee experience
Support the administration of the LMS and other learning technologies
Act as a consultant to internal client areas, developing solutions aligned with business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools
Authoring tools (Articulate, iSpring, and Easy) and design tools (Canva and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of LMS platforms
Generative AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) applied to work
Learning evaluation (NPS, reaction, participation, completion, etc.)
Training metrics
Project organization and coordination
Development of executive presentations
