About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the technical department, pursuing continuous improvement across technical standards, internal policies, and procedures.
- Develop the baseline costs for the prospecting and business development area by conducting economic feasibility studies for land acquisition and project launches through budgeting.
- Manage and develop the foundation for permitting projects and pre-budgeting information, including complementary designs and quantity takeoffs.
- Manage and develop technical coordinators and analysts, providing guidance and monitoring their daily activities and annual goals.
- Prepare detailed execution designs with specialists, designers, and external consultants, seeking technological solutions and alignment with the company’s standardization requirements.
- Manage external planning consultants and external quantity surveyors, setting deadlines and structuring budgets.
- Manage projects launched by the development division, ensuring that the designs used for permitting, visual materials, and pre-budgeting are implemented on site.
- Manage the technical review of designs, coordinating teams to ensure standardization.
- Manage, develop, and keep the company’s processes up to date through technical standards registered in Tenda Gestão.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and AutoCAD required.
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and MS Project is preferred.
