About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide helpful, professional service to clients and colleagues.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to emails, messages, and chats with accurate information as needed.
- Listen to customer concerns, resolve issues when possible, and connect customers with additional support when needed.
- Provide daily administrative support.
- Review, process, and update forms and documents in the appropriate systems.
- Support accounts receivable by checking service authorizations for accuracy and working with MCO representatives to correct errors.
- Follow applicable laws, standards, and procedures.
- Organize priorities and coordinate workflow to support team and customer needs.
- Use computer systems and common office applications.
- Coordinate intake, referral, and enrollment activities while maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in required training and professional development.
- Use bilingual communication skills to support customers where needed.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service or call center experience, including assisting customers by phone, email, messaging, or chat.
- A combination of education and experience that has prepared you to perform the responsibilities of this role.
- Ability to successfully complete a background screening.
- A high school diploma, GED, or comparable education or experience.
- Experience providing administrative or clerical support in an office or service environment.
- Bilingual communication skills may be helpful in certain locations.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; Consumer Direct Care Network does not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions.
