About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter client demographic packets and service authorizations to enable successful time entry and billing processes
- Review packets and authorizations for accuracy
- Identify problems and troubleshoot issues with local offices
- Process assigned client packets, authorizations, and eligibility checks timely and accurately
- Prepare and work reports to meet deadlines for shift entry, payroll, and billing
- Flag errors that could impact shift entry, payroll, and billing processes
- Resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate workflow and maintain necessary skills and knowledge
- Participate in professional development and training activities
- Provide customer service to internal and external clients
- Develop working knowledge of additional entities to assist other service lines as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Microsoft Office experience preferred
- High School Diploma preferred
- Prior office experience preferred
- Be able to successfully pass a background screening
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Consumer Direct Care Network does not provide visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions to employees
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate effective problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exhibit computer efficiency
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Ability to sit, talk, hear, use repetitive hand motion, handle or feel, stand, walk, reach, bend, or lift up to 20 pounds
