About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and enhance cloud-based financial forecasting and enterprise performance management systems
Conduct strategic financial analyses supporting planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making
Analyze current and historical KPI trends, including revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures
Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and investigate variance causes
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and supporting analysis
Develop and support financial models evaluating business performance and initiatives
Generate ad hoc reports and financial analyses
Support day-to-day financial operations and client support activities
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely project completion
Coordinate workflow activities and maintain knowledge of processes and systems
Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to peers as appropriate
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Communicate with stakeholders through written and verbal communication
Participate in training and professional development activities
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
Promote a collaborative and cohesive team environment
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred
Relevant experience or combination of education and experience
Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, if needed, to meet job requirements
Ability to pass required background screening
Employees must provide their own reliable internet if working a remote/hybrid position
Proficiency with SQL Server to extract, analyze, and interpret financial and statistical data
Legal authorization to work in the United States
No visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions provided
