About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the preparation, monitoring, and review of the annual Budget and short- and long-term Forecast projections
- Rigorously monitor COGS, banking operations costs, Opex, general and administrative expenses, and payroll, ensuring adherence to the budget
- Conduct Actual vs. Budget / Forecast variance analyses and diagnose operational and financial deviations
- Lead the pursuit of financial efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, waste, and cost optimization opportunities
- Develop feasibility studies, advanced financial models, and management reports to support executive decision-making
- Proactively collaborate with leaders across various departments to provide guidance and ensure budget governance
- Apply Artificial Intelligence and automation tools to optimize financial analyses, scale processes, and improve reporting accuracy
- Act as a Business Partner to operational and administrative teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive senior-level experience with FP&A and Controllership processes, including Budget, Forecast, variance analysis, and management P&L
- Solid experience managing, analyzing, and controlling Opex, including payroll, as well as COGS and operational costs
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data processing
- Practical experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP
- Hands-on experience using or applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools focused on productivity and data analysis
- Strong ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments
- Experience or practical knowledge in cost reduction and operational efficiency projects is a plus
- Knowledge of process automation and BI tools is a plus
