About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, deploy, maintain, and continuously improve Contentsquare’s core IT platform
- Manage and improve Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft Intune, macOS, and Windows environments
- Build and maintain automated workflows using Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms
- Develop and maintain Bash and other scripts for IT operations, system administration, monitoring, configuration, and lifecycle processes
- Collaborate with IT Support on escalated cases and cross-team projects
- Lead assigned initiatives, contribute to project management, provide progress updates, and track deliverables in Jira
- Use AI tools and set up MCP servers to support automation, IT operations, and the AI at Work initiative
- Manage day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of identity, endpoint, MDM, SaaS, and automation platforms
- Monitor configurations, deployments, software updates, access, and security controls
- Investigate complex technical issues, identify root causes, implement scalable solutions, and document systems and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in IT systems engineering, endpoint management, identity and access management, or a closely related field
- Proficiency in Okta and solid understanding of identity and access management concepts
- Hands-on experience with Jamf, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience building and maintaining automated workflows with Okta Workflows, Zapier, Workato, or similar platforms
- Practical knowledge of macOS and Windows environments
- Proficiency in Bash and scripting for automation, systems integration, troubleshooting, and reusable script maintenance
- Proficiency in AI tools for IT operations, automation, or productivity
- Experience setting up MCP servers
- Ability to contribute to project management and take ownership of initiatives
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others
- Ability to provide clear and regular progress updates
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Ability to understand and follow clear guidelines and directions
- Professional fluency in English
