About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial strategy for Content Cloud, including positioning, packaging, launches, buyer narratives, and field readiness
  • Own the renewal and expansion narrative for the largest installed base, including growth of Assets and Launch adoption
  • Lead competitive strategy, including battlecards, win/loss insights, enterprise RFP/RFI support, and translating competitive deal intelligence into product strategy
  • Own pricing, packaging, ICP, and core value propositions in partnership with Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Define and measure adoption goals for launches using data and customer feedback
  • Bring customer and market insights into strategy through customer conversations, analyst briefings, and competitive research
  • Represent Contentstack externally through live demos, webinars, customer roundtables, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities
  • Mentor, collaborate with, and provide strategic leadership to the product marketing team without direct management responsibility
  • Help protect and grow the largest installed base, drive expansion from CMS into Assets and Launch, and shape enterprise-market competition
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence, and adoption data to evolve Contentstack’s agentic-experience story

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8-12 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • At least 4 years marketing a headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure product
  • Deep category experience in headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure
  • Hands-on enterprise DAM or content management experience
  • Familiarity with RFPs and complex enterprise buying processes
  • Proven experience owning pricing and packaging for a product line
  • Ability to demo a product live and unscripted without relying on a sales engineer; this will be tested during the interview process
  • Experience positioning against enterprise incumbents and challengers
  • Track record of applying lessons from wins and losses
  • Demonstrated track record of driving adoption after launch using data
  • Strong communication, executive presence, and influence skills
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team
  • Occasional travel
  • Additional experience with DAM, retail/commerce, developer audiences, partner ecosystems, product-led growth, or answer engine/search optimization is a plus
