About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support for Contexture’s Business Development, Operations, and Engagement Department
  • Track sales and program data and provide reporting for forecasting and performance
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards covering departmental, regional, and individual performance metrics
  • Obtain data to track and promote targeted outreach, engagement, and sales
  • Support data entry in applicable business applications
  • Respond to external inquiries through general inboxes and voicemail
  • Assist with sales and contracting processes, including outreach documents and presentation materials
  • Manage exhibits at industry conferences and events in collaboration with Marketing
  • Coordinate conference deadlines, registrations, schedules, staffing, budgets, preparation meetings, supplies, giveaways, and post-conference communications
  • Coordinate conference materials, messaging, and themes with Marketing
  • Research new conference opportunities and coordinate events, conferences, and presentations
  • Manage corporate business development and growth memberships
  • Create and maintain departmental SOPs, Salesforce desktops, onboarding and training materials, and supporting collateral
  • Create Visio charts documenting and improving process flows and interdepartmental handoffs
  • Gather information from internal teams and respond to general inquiries
  • Perform operational, administrative, and other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Local residency in Phoenix, Arizona; Denver, Colorado; or Grand Junction, Colorado
  • Minimum of 3+ years of consultative sales or consulting experience with payers and life insurance groups, preferably in healthcare IT or with a clinical background
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Strong Microsoft product experience, including Excel and Visio
  • Excellent communication, influencing, partnering, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Critical analysis and strategic planning capabilities
  • Understanding of clinical workflows
  • Understanding of the HIE landscape, including functionality, HIT technology, and policy
  • Demonstrated success managing a sales funnel and closing contracts for services with payers, ideally in a national setting
  • Proven track record establishing relationships, identifying customer needs, and defining value propositions
  • Experience and comfort working with senior-level executives
  • Excellent project management and highly developed multitasking skills
  • Experience with CRM systems; ideal knowledge of Salesforce
  • Valid driver's license
