About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners
  • Complete general administrative tasks for the Human Resources department
  • Partner with HR team members, hiring managers, interview panel members, candidates, and team members
  • Report to the Director of Talent Acquisition
  • Post and close jobs in the ATS and niche job boards
  • Schedule in-person and virtual interviews
  • Arrange candidate travel
  • Assist with ongoing talent management processes
  • Support the You Belong Here DEI&B program
  • Draft offer letters
  • Conduct criminal background checks
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new team members
  • Prepare and manage expense reports
  • Prepare employee reporting
  • Provide general administrative support and perform other assigned duties
  • Use AI and process improvement to reduce manual tasks and improve team efficiency and productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • One to two years of administrative or HR experience preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Teamwork
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Champion of candidate experience
  • Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check
  • Ability to work at the home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, with remote work up to two days a week after onboarding
