About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft, edit, update and prepare Club Caddie knowledge base articles for publication
- Build and maintain LMS lessons, quizzes and learning paths in Club Caddie University
- Keep courses current after product releases and correct outdated material
- Build, test and maintain Whatfix walkthroughs, tooltips, launchers and announcements
- Review training scripts and record screen captures with narration
- Perform basic video editing, including trimming, captions and titles
- Download, lightly edit and prepare Zoom webinar recordings for publication
- Turn webinar content into articles, clips, lessons and summaries
- Read release notes, tickets and recordings to identify product changes and customer impact
- Work with the Head of Education to determine and produce required customer-facing release content
- Maintain production and content-health trackers
- Pull LMS, knowledge base and webinar data into existing reports
- Flag inaccurate or anomalous data
- Own deliverables, production schedule and accuracy within the review and approval process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written English, with the ability to explain a technical process in plain, direct steps
- Clear instructional and technical writing — a portfolio or writing samples will be requested
- Experience creating customer-facing education for a software product
- Ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly from written sources and recordings
- Basic video editing — trimming, captions, titles, exporting
- Strong organization and follow-through across several projects at once
- Reliable remote communication, with clear written updates
- Comfort working inside an established voice, template and approval process
- Responsible use of approved AI tools, including verifying output against a source before it moves forward
- Whatfix or another digital adoption platform (WalkMe, Pendo, Appcues) — preferred
- HubSpot Knowledge Base or a comparable knowledge base platform — preferred
- TutorLMS, WordPress, or another LMS — preferred
- Camtasia, Descript or comparable video tools — preferred
- AI voice or synthetic narration tools — preferred
- Golf course operations, hospitality technology or point-of-sale systems — preferred
- Club Caddie product knowledge — preferred
- Daily availability during 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. Pacific Time / 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
