About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the global Convatec me+ investment plan, program economics, and performance
- Act as general manager for the me+ enterprise, setting strategy and driving commercial execution across franchises and regions
- Deliver measurable year-over-year growth in enrolments, winning patients in acute settings and retaining them throughout their journey
- Implement the global program architecture, including capabilities, processes, technology, data, content, service model, and governance
- Establish and govern global me+ standards, KPIs, technology priorities, operating principles, and investment decisions
- Develop consumer acquisition and lifecycle engagement models to increase qualified enrolment, activation, engagement, and loyalty
- Lead the end-to-end direct-to-consumer experience across services, websites, digital journeys, ecommerce, and customer call centres
- Negotiate and shape working relationships and commercial terms with third-party distributors and service providers
- Lead a matrixed global team to drive speed, scale, consistency, and standardization
- Identify and share best practices and build tools, playbooks, and systems for country-level program execution
- Continuously improve patient experience and operational effectiveness
- Ensure me+ delivers value to healthcare providers and earns clinician trust, recommendation, and preference
- Champion responsible use of data, automation, AI, and digital tools to improve personalization, engagement, retention, service quality, and efficiency
- Measure enrolment conversion, activation, engagement, retention, satisfaction, healthcare professional trust, product preference, country adoption, program efficiency, and consumer impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven commercial leader with a track record of delivering measurable growth
- Strong operational depth, including experience building infrastructure, order-to-cash processes, and integrating third-party service partners at scale
- Demonstrated success negotiating commercial agreements with distributors and third-party providers
- Experience leading patient support or consumer-facing programs, ideally in medtech, medical device, pharma, or healthcare services
- Experience building consumer acquisition and lifecycle engagement models that deliver measurable improvements in enrolment, activation, retention, and loyalty
- Experience leading global or enterprise-wide programs, standardizing and scaling while respecting local market needs, and leading through influence in a matrix
- Working knowledge of digital and AI tools
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree in business or related field preferred
- Commercial general manager mindset with clear ownership of results and program growth
- High sense of urgency, operational rigor, and a strong bias to action
- Skilled negotiator and partner builder across distributors, service providers, and internal functions
- Influential enterprise leader who drives alignment across regions, franchises, functions, and cultures
