About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and lead the CTC’s service business and operations activities
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by executing commitments on Customer Service Programs, time and material, parts sales, and other service duties
  • Implement service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals
  • Maximize service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and implement cost-effective operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional customer value
  • Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors across all aspects of service delivery
  • Manage direct reports, including Service Coordinators
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of field service, project management or relevant engineering preferred, but not required
  • Previous supervisory experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare preferred
  • Leadership orientation and ability to guide, develop, and mentor others
  • Advanced financial analytical skills, including cost control and gross margin calculations
  • Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Developing project management experience in a technical environment
  • Experience with building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems
  • Commitment to customer service, integrity, accountability, and delivering results
