About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collate and process high volumes of social-first performance data, including Engagement, Views, CTR, and CPM
  • Monitor and report on social-first campaigns, always-on organic content, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
  • Distill actions and insights from data and make strategic recommendations and optimization plans
  • Present findings in clear, client-facing presentations and reports
  • Craft performance analyses and narratives in reporting
  • Work with strategists to develop qualitative and quantitative research for current clients and new business prospects
  • Create automated, client-specific social dashboards with real-time reporting
  • Develop measurement frameworks and test-and-learn plans based on client goals
  • Create data-driven insights for the agency, including white papers and articles for external media sources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in an analyst or insights role within an agency
  • Highly skilled in Excel, including Pivot tables and custom formulas
  • Experience building custom audience segments in Consumer Insights platforms such as Global Web Index and MRI Simmons, and analysing data against hypotheses
  • Proficient with social reporting platforms including Brandwatch, Sprout, Sprinklr, Amplify, Meltwater, and Talkwalker
  • Proficient with native social media reporting tools including Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Insights
  • Passionate about social media, brands, and communication
  • Up to date with industry news and trends
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
  • Curious about brands, culture, data, and their interaction
