About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Construct the advice underpinning each financial plan with direction from the Relationship Manager
- Deliver financial plans to new clients
- Co-ordinate an expert team including tax advisers and solicitors
- Work alongside Relationship Managers, Associate Advisers and Tax Advisers in creating financial plans
- Produce high quality, accurate and compliant reports
- Complete an accurate and comprehensive analysis of clients’ financial position
- Provide a high level of technical support to Relationship Managers
- Provide meeting support for complex annuals and new clients through to sign up
- Create and deliver cashflow modelling at client meetings
- Carry out complex/technical calculations
- Mentor and develop other members of the PP team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years experience in a paraplanning role
- Holds Level 6 qualification – CII Chartered or CFP
- Technical aspect of financial planning
- Proactive in taking on extra responsibilities
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions
