About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert support and implementation of Digital solutions including RI Witness
Manage new installations and post-implementation training as project manager
Support the commercial team with product demonstrations and technical validation during the sales cycle
Conduct system reviews and recommend optimizations to maximize usage and satisfaction
Document installation, training, and customer interaction activities
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and support materials
Escalate technical issues and collaborate with technical service and R&D
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior specialists as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of IVF laboratory processes and digital clinical workflows
Strong communication and training skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF labs, technical application support, or digital solution deployment
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
Fluent in English
Frequent travel and time spent in clinical and laboratory settings
Prolonged periods working on a computer
Occasional lifting of equipment up to 20 kg
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, domestically and occasionally internationally
