Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for stakeholder management and establishing audience-appropriate reporting at team, ART, and management levels
Support the management of backlogs, priorities, scope, and outcomes within an agile DevSecOps environment
Ensure transparency regarding progress, delivery capability, quality, capacity, and dependencies
Support and facilitate PI Planning, iteration planning, and continuous backlog management
Establish and continuously improve risk, quality, and change management processes
Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and quality requirements throughout delivery and development processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in ICT project management or supporting PMO/EPIC Owners in large-scale agile projects
In-depth knowledge of SAFe, DevSecOps, and modern delivery and governance processes
Experience in stakeholder management and preparing and managing management reporting
Practical experience in risk, quality, and change management within complex project environments
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with a high degree of personal responsibility
Very good command of German
An impeccable record is mandatory
