Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the stable operation of the on-premises Citrix farm
Provide second-level support for the Citrix infrastructure
Analyze and resolve issues involving user profiles, sessions, and Citrix applications
Troubleshoot connection drops, performance issues, and application errors
Perform daily monitoring and checks of the Citrix environment
Monitor system resources such as CPU, RAM, and storage
Analyze event logs and handle warnings and alerts
Collaborate with internal support and infrastructure teams
Document incidents, solutions, and operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in second-level support within Citrix environments
Experience with profile management solutions such as FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, or comparable technologies
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy (GPO)
Experience with profile and session management
Experience analyzing and resolving issues in complex Citrix environments
Knowledge of Citrix Studio and PowerShell is an advantage
Experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is a plus
Experience with monitoring and logging tools is an advantage
Strong sense of ownership and an independent, reliable working style
Team player with strong communication skills and a pronounced service and customer focus
Analytical mindset and structured approach
Fluent in German
