About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide ongoing 3rd-level support for enterprise information systems
- Handle complex incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 Support, including large-scale crashes and operating system malfunctions
- Draft and maintain technical procedures
- Share knowledge with 1st and 2nd Level support teams, including delivering in-person and remote training to employees
- Perform root cause analysis by reviewing logs, crash dumps, and related technical data
- Support continuous improvement by deploying automated patches through endpoint management tools
- Maintain device compliance with security and hardening standards
- Use scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate recurring administrative tasks and corrective actions
- Understand business needs and support the collection and clarification of functional requirements
- Create basic training materials, such as tip sheets and short recordings, to support user adoption of new tools and features
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT, with a strong focus on digital workplace or end-user computing services in a multinational business environment
- Experience in business systems analysis and operational support
- Strong understanding of workplace processes, applications, and technologies, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot, Intune, Unified Endpoint Management, endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365
- Good knowledge of the ITIL framework and service management principles
- Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain quality in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of French or German is an advantage
